My Journey
I’m Tanya, a mum of two, I’ve always been a very spiritual person and have always known that I have wanted to help others. I'm a firm believer in holistic therapy and it never fails to amaze me that when given the chance our body has the wonderful ability to heal itself. I have experienced it first hand. My journey started in 2013 when my daughter fell seriously ill. We spent most of that year in hospital recovering and learning how to administer her life long medication and I became her nurse. During this time we experienced Seichem Reiki for the first time, I’d heard of it but they say Reiki comes into your life when it is needed. I took my daughter to have Reiki after a lady contacted us and that’s when we met my lovely Reiki teacher. My daughter was 2 years old and the effect it had on her was amazing, she also gave me some reiki and I noticed my knee pain I had been experiencing completely disappeared. I couldn’t believe the powerful effect reiki had. This kickstarted my interest and I decided to train in Seichem Reiki 1 myself initially to help my family. After 10 months in hospital we were discharged and I had to give up my long term office role and focus on caring for my daughter. During this time I decided to go on to learn Seicheim Reiki levels 2 and 3. In 2014 I qualified with a level 3 ITEC diploma in anatomy and physiology and massage. In 2017 I qualified with a level 3 ITEC diploma in Reflexology and I have completed many CPD courses since in various types of massage, Rahanni celestial healing, gua sha and many more.
Working with Me
I work from my tranquil garden cabin in Chobham Village providing a relaxing space to release any built up tension. I know what it is like to suffer with anxiety, stress and low times and I have managed many ways holistically to get myself back on track. I don’t only offer the services below but also my experience of how to deal with stressful times and I can provide techniques of what can help to get you through. I also have a huge interest in mediumship, tarot, meditation and spiritual practices and bring these practices into my sessions.
I am a listening ear and I'm always happy to take the time with my clients and provide advice, help and belief that you can feel better.
All the therapies I offer help to reduce stress levels and kick start the parasympathetic nervous system giving the body and mind the opportunity to be in a better place to begin balance. I believe that we are not just physical beings, our energy can be effected by external factors, stress, trauma and negative thought patterns, these if not treated can permeate to the physical body and cause dis-ease.
